This site is for scheduling the collaborative video conferencing systems that were deployed to all Maricopa institutions in the spring of 2011. To schedule a video conference, first, sign in using the "Sign In" link at the top right, then review the master calendar on the left for an open date and video conference room. Available rooms are listed on the right. If a room is booked, you will see it listed in the Master Calendar. Review the date that you want to hold your video conference then select one of the available rooms on the right and click "Add New Event." Fill in the required fields, marked with a red asterisk, and any other information you have available. Once done, click on “OK” and your room will be reserved.
